Velokai Class – Technoficer
With the Sundering of Velok and Calekion and Velokai on city who managed to shield itself from the devastation developed a masterful method of dealing with the limited resources available to them. After a time of great upheaval, a group of master artificers sparked a glimmer of hope in the failing civilization, with an ingenious system of perpetual and perfect recycling and repair of the cities systems and technology. The tool that embodies this euclidian shift,the Technus, is a magically shapeable metallic box, which, in the hands of a talented Technoficer, can be made into and tool, weapon, or general shape the Technoficer can hold in his mind.

Technical Pool

Used to shift and enchant the Technus. Points equal 1/2 caster level+int modifier (minimum of 1) Technoficers may form the Technus into any non-magical item they have studied for intensely (4 hours). Known items and shapes that can be prepared each day and shifted to with Shifting Artifact Manipulation is equal to caster level+int modifier.

Shifting Artifact Manipulation

At 1st level the Technoficer can spend one point from his Technical Pool as a full round action to shape the Technus into any tool, weapon or shield prepared that day and that item gains the modifier Fragile. S.A.M. can be used out of combat with or without using Technical Pool point, though without requires a Crafting check of 10 DC.

Technus Archana
At the second level and every even level after that the Technoficer selects a Technus Archana ability. Abilities can’t be taken more than once unless otherwise noted in the ability.

Enchant Technus- Spending one point from the Technical Pool gives the shaped item master craft, and a 1 enchantment bonus for each point spent beyond that. (max bonus equal to 1/2 caster levelInt modifier)

Improved Enchant Technus- Each technical point spent beyond the first enchanting the Technus may be used to add the following conditions to weapons or shields: Axiomatic, Anarchic, Keen, Vorpal, Flame, Flame Burst, Frost, Shock, Cunning, Impact, Seeking, Speed, Wounding. Prereq Enchant Technus. Technoficer lvl 4.

Artificial Protection- A Technoficer wielding a shield shaped Technus treats it as though he had the shield proficiency feat.

Proficient Weider – Able to duel wield Technus as though they had two weapon fighting. Prereq lvl 8.

Technus Bulwark – A Technoficer wielding a tower shield shaped Technus treats it as though he had the tower shield proficiency feat. prereq Technoficer lvl 6 and Artificial Protection.

Smart Munitions- A fine filament from the Technus connects to a ranged weapon it’s shaped into, returning it to the weapon giving it effective infinite ammo.
Mid-air redirection- Spend one point from the Technical Pool as a swift action. A fine filament from the Technus connects to the ranged weapon allowing it to more easily find its mark. Ignore Concealment and Cover. Prereq lvl 6 and Smart Munitions.

Final Arcanus – Spend one point from the Technical Pool. As a full round action, you are able to turn your Technus into heavy armor that fits like a second skin. +11 armor bonus, no max dex, no armor check penalty, no arcane spell failure. Also gives a spell like ability according to your heritage usable 3 times, duration of the armor is 1 min/level does not need to be consecutive. Divination – Battlemind Link chose the ally when you activate the armor and the ability is constant. Enchantment – Serenity. Evocation – Chain Lightning. Illusion – Unwilling Shield. Necromancy – Symbol of Fear drawn on your armor upon activating this ability. Transmutation – Monstrous Physique IV

Lost Knowlage: Technoficer learns all abjuration spells up to level 6.
